1. Resize a window by dragging its left, right, or bottom edge.
2. Try to resize the same window by dragging its top edge.
What happens:
1. The margin for resizing is several pixels wide.
2. The margin for resizing is only one pixel wide.
What should happen:
2. The margin for resizing the top edge is the same as for resizing any of the
other edges.
