Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: banshee
Banshee does not show my iPod Nano (or Philips GoGear or Archos 104)
although it has been successfully detected and mounted by the os itself.
There is no problem with Banshee 1.9.5 from the PPA in Lucid, it shows
the sync button and according functions.
Add-Ins for Apple Devices, MTP and Mass Storage Devices are active. Both
Philips and Archos had been used with MTP and Mass-Storage-Support.
