Public bug reported:
Upstream has requested us to move the shm plugin from -bad. This can be
used by farsight for raw pcm conferences (empathy). Upstream will work
on getting it moved upstream as well, but that will take some time.
I have already prepared branches for -good and -bad, including fixes
from upstream for shm related crashers.
