Binary package hint: plasma-widget-networkmanagement
Opening the settings window from the tray icon (rightclick) shows the
configuration as loaded at startup. Modifications through this module get
saved and will be visible too.
Clicking "Manage connections" from the popup (leftclick) shows the actual
configuration, including changes through the tray icon. But changes through
this module does not propagate to the configuration window as opened by
rightclicking the tray icon.
By changes, I mean: wireless, wired and VPN connections. Settings about storage
(unencrypted/do not store/encrypted). Possibly other settings.
This is always reproducible.
