Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gconf
Running x86_64 livecd (daily build - 21 March 2011) installed to USB
drive. If I open the "Applications" menu from the Unity dockbar, and
open the dropdown to change from "All Applications" to any other
category, the dropdown list does not function. It opens, and I can see
the choices, but I cannot select any of them. If the mouse passes over a
choice that is "overlapping" one of the icons in the main part of the
window, that icon becomes active, as though the menu does not exist.
I have not changed any settings or upgraded any packages yet (apart from
installing the Broadcom STA drivers for my wireless card). My machine is
an Acer 7551G with a Radeon HD 5650. Please let me know if you need any
further information about my system.
** Affects: gconf (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
