The problem you are reporting is the result of an incompatibility
between xemacs21 and the package anjsp. As a result, Ubuntu will no
longer ship anjsp, as this long-standing problem has been a source of a
constant trickle of bug reports. The only available remedy appears to
be to remove the anjsp package, and/or upgrade to the latest release of
Ubuntu once Natty (11.04) ships.
The diagnosis is available at the end of the attached
DpkgTerminalLog.txt file. If you are capable of debugging such things,
the Ubuntu wiki contains a wealth of information about filing,
analyzing, and triaging Apport bug reports. Adding this information to
the reporting tool seems implausible, although I suppose you could file
a wishlist bug against Apport to, say, add a link to pertinent on-line
documentation for the users who want to learn more.
My mandate as a volunteer bug handler is limited, but on the behalf of
all of Ubuntu, I want to thank you for your patience and understanding.
