+ Firefox crashes if PDF should be downloaded when file selector is about

I clicked on a link that loaded a new page AND tried to download a PDF
file. The file was loaded, a second empty Firefox window opened and the
file selector began to draw when the crash occured. This happened the
second time in this manner.
