I didn't realise that gnome-default-application-properties was still
setting the gconf entries in /desktop/gnome/url-handlers. gnome-default-
application-properties is actually setting broken values now, as it uses
the Exec line from applications desktop files, and these use "%u" as the
URI placeholder (which gnome-vfs doesn't understand). We'll work around
this in gnome-vfs for now (see bug 739416), although I'll still track
this in tbird.
