I can't reproduce issues with step 4 (assuming you made a typo in your
expected event for step 4? entering "calcutta" for me gives me
"Calcutta (Bengal, India) as the first suggestion).
I do see step 3 though. This is from the geonames server and affects
ubiquity too.
