Binary package hint: openoffice.org
This bug happens in two places and may be two separate bugs:
1) in calc, right click on a field and click insert note. Now start
typing, when the text gets bigger than the initial box, all the text
disappears. As you keep typing the text will randomly display and
disappear.
2) With an existing note that is hidden. Right click on the cell that
has the note and click on show note. Next click in the note to edit it.
The text will disappear. Upon selecting the contents the text appears to
be there, but its now transparent. You can't see what you're trying to
edit -- until you start to type.
I'm running Ubuntu 7.04 and OO 2.2. I've used OO exclusively for 5
months and ooff and on since 1.0, so I have some experience doing these
exact tasks. I shoudl note, by graphics card is a intel gma 950, in case
its related to the bug.
