I sended apport-collect just after system comes up from suspend. I noticed that system not really hangs up, as I first tought. But it needs more then 5 Minutes every time to awake. I set the timer for coming up again to zero. But thats just a workaround I think. I wrote that problems to the vendor support two with request to improve acpi tables.
