Thank you for the quick reply. For the other 2 issues could you please file a
bug report for each of them with the ubuntu-bug command (press Alt+F2 to bring
up a dialog box where you can enter the command). If they are deemed to be the
same problem, they will be marked as duplicates of this bug, but at least then
we can see each problem as a separate report, which is the preferred way for us.
I shall close this bug report as you are not experiencing this problem, however
if it does happen again, you can re-open this bug report by changing the status
back to New, or alternatively file another bug report.
