Can we do something to get the QA-Teams attention on this bug, so it
will get finally fixed in 11.04?

I just tried to reproduce this bug with the instructions given above
both on a fully updated 10.04 and 10.10 and it failed in BOTH
environments, with the described symptom: The "apply" button remained
grayed out.

I am also using eduroam, but as Matthias pointed out the issue only
affects the "PEAP/MSCHAPv2" mode. Luckily our network meanwhile supports
also the "Tunneled TLS/PAP" mode, so I am not affected anymore. But
nevertheless it's a shame that this high-prio bug seems still unfixed.

Is there some escalation level we can trigger for this issue?
