I got used for back and forward buttons when I had bought a mouse with them. These buttons should have numbers 8 and 9. I would like to use them in Software Center too. It's a very comfortable way to move in history of visited places.
I have tried these buttons in Software Center 3.1.24.1 in development version of Ubuntu Natty.
