Hello Can you please click on the loudspeaker icon ion the top right of the screen ad select hardware and verify that the profile is setted on analog duplex stereo (see attached screenshot) and the volume is on a reasonable level. If all is ok then type in a terminal alsamixer and verify that the levels are on an reasonable state (use arrows to mouve). Please reply if persist Thanks Fabio
