Public bug reported:

Some windows are displayed with abnormal height -- much higher than the screen
height (so they are partially obscured).
This behaviour does not occur using JDK 6r24 downloaded from www.java.com
(64-bit version).

I see this in Interactive Brokers' Trader Workstation app, on the
"security Code Card Authentication" screen (it displays some number that
the user has to look up in a code sheet to authenticate their login).
Using java-6-openjdk from Ubuntu, the window is so tall that you can not
see the challenge numbers even if the window is positioned at the top of
the screen (1920x1200 res.)

But usijng jre 6r24 downloaded from java.com, the window appears
normally (only a few inches high).

I will attach screen-shots of the window using each Java run-time
system.
