Binary package hint: empathy
When I open Empathy and there is an off-line message in Cyrillic, it is
displayed in contact list and notification in wrong code page like in
the line below:
íåìà áèçíåñà áðàò. îòñîñ îäèí. æàííêà âûøëà íà ðàáîòó, ÿ æ ãîâîðèë.
