Binary package hint: unity
On an Nvidia-based dual-display desktop when a fullscreen opengl
application is launched on the secondary display (it doesn't have a menu
or toolbar or any of the usual UI stuff) then the application screen is
shifted down by the full height of the menubar/taskbar/notificationbar
such that the bottom of the opengl app is clipped.
