Binary package hint: openoffice.org
I attempted to copy and paste some content from a webpage into an ODT
document. However, Openoffice consumed 100% CPU for several minutes, so
I force closed it. When I attempted to reopen my document, I aborted
recovery, because I didn't want OO to again choke on the web content.
However, afterwards, nothing happened. When I try starting OO Writer
from the command line, I get the error:
user@localhostl:~$ ooffice -writer
Inconsistency detected by ld.so: ../sysdeps/x86_64/dl-machine.h: 466:
elf_machine_rela_relative: Assertion `((reloc->r_info) & 0xffffffff) == 8'
failed!
Presumably, killing OO has left it in an unstable state. I'm unsure how
best to resolve this. Please advise.
