mulitarch paths on powerpc and ppc64 are wrong:
$ dpkg-architecture -appc64 -qDEB_HOST_MULTIARCH
powerpc64-linux-gnu
$ dpkg-architecture -apowerpc -qDEB_HOST_MULTIARCH
powerpc-linux-gnu
