Since this is a manual test, the user should really skip the test if
they know the codec is not supported (rather than the test failing
despite the codec being supported). Admittedly it would be nice if these
manual tests skipped automatically if they know of a reason why the test
won't work (i.e. missing codec)

I think the importance should be wishlist.
