Hi, this fix fixes half of the problem actually. If you open a running transaction from the tray icon it will not be themed http://wstaw.org/m/2011/03/28/plasma-desktopOD1804.jpg I have no clue yet why this happened... And most funny cause apps like kmix should have the same problem...
