Hello Carlos and Kamus, thanks for your report and useful info. This
issue is being tracked upstream in the Olsen TZ database mailing list
and I expect we will have an announcement of a new upstream release for
this soon. Currently, this target date has not been set but there have
been a couple of posts for this issue, such as this one:

I'll follow this closely and will take care of the updates for the
tzdata package soon as they are available.
