Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: euca2ools
with no additional parameters, euca-describe-snapshots will list all public
snapshots.
the command 'ec2-describe-snapshots' will list only those where owner == self.
euca-describe-snapshots doesn't support the '-o' flag at all, so really
this is a feature request, and without -o to restrict it makes sense to
list all.
So, this is very low priority bug.
