Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Hello,

this is a regression since the last alpha release (Alpha 3) of Natty.

If you choose e.g. german as your language during installation, Ubiquity
says during installation that it is downloading language support, but it
doesn't download all necessary packages.

Thus many parts of the desktop of the freshly installed system are still
in english. If you start gnome-language-selector, it complains that the
language support for the non-english-language is incomplete and offers
you to install the following additional packages:

language-pack-de
libreoffice-help-de
libreoffice-l10n-de
language-pack-gnome-de
language-support-writing-de
language-pack-de
hyphen-de
mythes-de
mythes-de-ch

If you install them, everything localization-related is fine after a new
login/restart.

Note that this already happened a week or so ago when I used an older
image to make a test installation.

Kind regards,
Jan
