after boot of live kubuntu fiesty beta, there are no icons for the two ide hard
drives.
Opening "Storage Media" and clicking on (say) 34G Media I get
hal-storage-fixed-mount refused uid 999
Manually
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo mkdir /media/hdb5
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo mount /dev/hdb5 /media/hdb5
works fine
