I am also experiencing this - it seems as the clicks are not being
handled by gtk-window-manager at all, instead they are passed through to
nautilus (resulting in de-activation of the current window). I can see
the "multiple-selection" rectangle from nautilus underneath the
transparent top window bar when I try to minimize via the button.
Wondering why this hasn't occurred on another machine, I noticed the bug
seems much easier to trigger when the "wobble" is de-activated.
