Likely a duplicate of bug 613354 and bug 729431 but filing this one as
well just to get more debug information.

+ Steps to reproduce:
+ Start checkbox
+ 1) Playback first audio test, press "test".
+ 2) Select "no", then select "no" on "do you want to report a bug".
+ 3) Select "Next", then "back".
+ 4) Press "test" again.
+ 5) If the bug hasn't happened yet, select "yes" and "next", then back again,
and press test again.

+ At some point the test button becomes disabled and/or the below crash
+ occurs.
