Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: unity
The global menu disapears usually hovering the mous over or click on it will no
show anything ,closing the application and re-opening did not fix the issue .
The only solution i found is to kill the "unity-panel-service" process in
system monitor and the menu will appear again.
Attached a screenshot to explain the problem.
