Sorry, afaict="as far as I can tell".

That module is from cdemu, and you have a process named cdemud, so
something to do with cdemu is still on your system and running. Maybe
try running 'sudo dpkg --purge cdemu' in a terminal?

If that doesn't work, try running 'dpkg -S cdemud' and/or 'dpkg -S
vhba.ko', which should tell you which installed packages (if any) are
installing the files. Then you can remove the offending packages, or if
it's a maintained package we can assign this bug appropriately.
