The Chilean time zone fix was released earlier today with upstream
version 2011e and this update has appeared in Debian as version 2011e-1.
We can close this bug once we sync 2011e-1 from Debian to Natty.
I am tracking the complete set of 2011e updates for all supported
versions of Ubuntu at bug 747946.
