Yes I was having this problems with Firefox on Ubuntu Natty Alpha. I didn't tried with other browsers.
For example there was a similar bug after installing Natty Beta. When you open start page about:startpage search button didn't worked. You input something to the input field and try to click search button nothing happens. You can't ever click the search button. When you try to enter something into a text field it is not possible to select the text field (the text field becomes orange when selected) or enter something to the text field. Or it is not possible to select links when this error occurs. As i mentioned it doesn't happens every time. And these problems used to happen when I was using Ubuntu Natty Alpha now I am using Beta. I installed Beta yesterday. In Beta also about:startpage search button didn't worked on a fresh install.
