Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: network-manager
When connecting to a VPN, when disconnecting, nm-applet does not
registered the disconnection and leaves a check next to that VPN
connection. The result is that I cannot connect to another VPN without
logging out of the system.
Another symptom is creating a new VPN connection does not show in the
nm-applet until after logging off.
