Thanks for your report. Right, that's probably it. Please remove this
package and try to upgrade again. I'm closing this report because it is
not a bug with Ubuntu but with a package that is not part of an official
repository.
Don't hesitate to reopen if it's still an issue once the packages from
the ppa are removed.
