Public bug reported:
Under Feisty, restarting services through "/etc/init.d/dbus restart" on
my Toshiba Satellite 5200 notebook causes powermanager to report that
battery has been removed.
I haven't seen a this "symptom" being described, but other reported
bugs may have the same cause.
