I also had this bug. Using Natty Beta 1 x64. Installed OpenJDK via Software Centre. Afterwards tried to launch jdownloader. First try it just showed the panel icon and unity freeze. logged out an in again. second try i showed the jdownloader window but the jdownloader gui didn't react. After ~ 30 s jdownloader crashed and trowed this bug
