I changed over to binary driver weeks ago and the issue still exists, to make it happen do the following:
Turn on wobbly windows bring up workspace switcher when you have some maximised windows and some not move them around for a while, you will find windows freezing in place bent out of shape etc, and resizing in strange positions.
