Yes, with a fresh new user instead of a blank page I got the initial page, which is being (strangely): Arquivo "/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-C.html" não encontrado. Verifique a localização do arquivo e tente novamente. Which means: File "/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-C.html" not found. Check file location and try again. But I think this is another bug. I created the user with System -> Administration -> Users and Groups.
