It's already fixed. Kernel freeze went into effect last week, so barring
any /critical/ bugs (e.g., machine not booting due to SATA controller
being driven improperly), feisty will release in a timely fashion. This
means these lesser bugs will be addressed in a post-release (feisty-
updates) kernel upload.

"Fix committed" means that I've pushed the fix to Ben, and it's in his
possession.

"Fix released" means the fix is available in a publicly-accessible
fashion from the Ubuntu repositories.
