Hi Everyone. I have been looking for this several months ago. I can confirm this problem in EVERY version released (Alphas and the new Beta, few days ago).
In my case, I use VirtualBox 4.0.4, and ALWAYS hangs when the Time Zone has to be chosen. It doesn't matter if you just let it go or clicking (try, you can't choose!) -it hangs there forever-. At the beggining I believed VirtualBox's fault but if I install Ubuntu 10.xx it works fine.
