Hi Kévin, as per the information from your log, our requests from the control panel to our servers are failing with SSL_FAILED. Since the rest of the users are not having this issue, I would guess the is something odd with your system/connection.
Are you behind a proxy? are you getting this error every single time or was it a one time only thing?
