Hi,
We haven't heard back from you but it does appear as though the issue
you are seeing is due to expected behavior in NetworkManager when
interfaces are configured under /etc/network/interfaces. I'm closing
this bug as Invalid. Don't hesitate to set the report back to New or
file a new bug if you find there is additional information you can add.
