This system was set up from scratch and tested with new created user. In
situations with heavier load, pulse keep a sample re-loop it few times.
This sound like dj scratching and is not funny at all, pulse should get
higher priority to run cleanly in such situations. Exactly these
existing options are disabled by ubuntu, so this is a bug now.
