ext4: Thanks. I'll see if I can add this to my tests. Is it only ext4, or ext3 as well? And does anyone actually care about wubildr.mbr being able to read data from an ext[234] filesystem? I suspect that the easiest fix may be to disable ext[234] support in wubildr.mbr altogether.
(While I do want to replace grub4dos with grub2 ntldr-img, this is too invasive for a change to lucid/maverick, so I'll need to figure out a small patch to grub4dos for this anyway.)
