The Ubuntu desktop-team has ported this grip feature from GTK3 to the current
version of GTK in Natty.
So... it's not possible to detect when we have to remove this grip with GTK2
and this is why I've added the possibility to add this CMake flag:
-Denable_gtk_grip=1 ;)
