Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xchat
After minimising xchat. the entire file menus for xchat that were
present in the unity bar, disappear. This occurs intermittently and I
can't nail down if anything inparticular is causing it. When the
application again has focus all that does appear is Close from 1
singular file menu option on the unity bar. The only way to restore the
menu is to exit and reload the application.
