Steps to reproduce:
1. Open dash
- 2. Click on an indicator (eg. me menu)-> This causes me menu to open.. but
wait..
- 3. Dash closes
- 4. Me menu (or any indicator) also closes.

+ 3. Dash closes but the menu does not open.
My mouse click is wasted. I didn't try this with the sidebar. I have a
feeling something similar will occur.
