The xmexample.hvm indicates that in this version of Xen acpi=0 is the
default. I will try to get a test system together which is closer to Xen
3.0.3 tomorrow to see how that will behave.

Don't think I can simulate the network load, though. There seems to be
around 1MB/s outwards all the time. Generally I am wondering whether the
guest has so much effect there. Have there been tests done with any
other Guest OS (like RHEL hvm guest)?
