With the latest updtates, the problem isn't fixed. It seems the problem is coming from the fact ubuntu recognizes 2 screens on my laptop, but as everybody knows, there's only 1 screen on a laptop ^^. So it may not be a unity problem, but an Xserver problem. Maybe my hardware is suffering from bad detection... With unity 2d my laptop is perfectly usable, but unity+compiz is hardly usable in this state.
