As I had thought, the xorg is one of many things that were installed
using a PPA. Your installed version is
*2:1.9.2.901+git20101129+server-1.9-branch.65f2ab20-* and the official
ubuntu one is *2:1.9.0-0ubuntu7.3 0*. If you wanted you could go back
and try to remove everything that was installed using a custom PPA and
then try the upgrade again. Its not worth it in my opinion though
because Natty is still VERY unstable. I would wait for a stable release
later this month, if its not delayed, and do a fresh install. Thats the
downside of custom PPA's, they dont play well when trying to do a system
upgrade. I will close this bug for now but feel free to comment or
reopen it if you would like.
